Town Administrator Marissa Tessier updated the Selectboard on several administrative items at the Nov. 17 meeting. Tessier reported a closing date of Jan. 16, 2026 for 50 Farrar St. and said the town was approved for a Wildland Fire Gear Grant. She also said she had reached out to the Sheriff about a potential contract and contacted Tim Smith, who put her in touch with Chip Sawyer for information about St. Albans’ housing ordinance.
Tessier said the town received two mowing bids but the board decided to put the mowing bid back out until the next meeting. These items were recorded in the minutes as part of the Town Administrator Update and will be tracked for follow-up at future Selectboard meetings.
