The Town of Richford Selectboard approved several routine motions during its Nov. 17, 2025 meeting. Selectwoman Sherry Paquette moved to approve the Nov. 3, 2025 meeting minutes; Selectman Andy Pond seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board appointed Cameron Coltharp as a member of the Development Review Board and Craig Susco as an alternate after a motion by Selectwoman Paquette and a second by Selectwoman Kristin Murphy; the motion passed unanimously. Zoning Administrator Karen Cangelosi requested approval to refer two properties — one on Province Street and one on East Richford Slide Road — to the town attorney, and the board approved that referral after a motion by Selectman Andy Pond and a second by Selectwoman Paquette.
The board also approved a $500 payment for the community Breakfast with Santa event after Andy (speaking on behalf of the Association) requested funding; Selectwoman Paquette moved the appropriation and Selectman Alan Fletcher seconded. The motion carried 4-0 with Selectman Pond recorded as abstaining. Later in the agenda, the board voted to enter executive session for personnel matters at 6:14 p.m. and exited at 6:40 p.m.; Chair Steinhour moved to come out of executive session and Selectwoman Murphy seconded. The minutes state there were no votes as a result of the executive session.
