Mayor Tyson presented a Planning Board resolution that recommends adopting residential sign regulations as an amendment to the Town Code. Commissioner M. Shane Turney moved to hold a public hearing on Oct. 6, 2025 to consider the ordinance; Commissioner Dan Murphy seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes record agreement to proceed to a public hearing but do not include the ordinance language debated by the Planning Board. The hearing on Oct. 6 will provide the public and commissioners an opportunity to review specific regulatory text and raise questions or propose changes.
