Human Resources presented staff separations and resignations for board approval, including certified and administrative positions with effective dates and exit-interview status. The list included several named staff; HR indicated some exit interviews were completed and others were outstanding.
Trustees emphasized the importance of exit interviews and asked HR to prioritize thorough collection and review so the district can address recurring concerns. Trustee Bradley noted there were "some serious concerns" in the exit interviews he reviewed and urged follow-up. Director McFall (HR) said the director of the affected department would post open positions promptly and that the separation of employment recommendations should be accepted as presented; the board voted to accept the separations.
Board members asked that HR provide aggregated exit-interview findings to inform policy and retention work and that staffing posts be managed to allow the incoming interim superintendent to engage in hiring decisions when appropriate.
