Jenkins said the wastewater treatment plant project remains a placeholder in the CIP at $66,200,000, to be discussed separately as financing becomes clearer.
Jenkins also walked the board through the village's budget timeline: assessment letters mailed, open book and board of review completed with roughly $1,000,000 in assessed value from new construction (excluding manufacturing values that arrive later in the fall), department submissions in August, finance committee review in October, and public hearings in the autumn. He encouraged trustees to review materials and meet with administration if they had questions.
