David Pritzloff used public comment to ask the council to schedule another workshop focused on side-by-side vehicles and e-bikes so residents can engage in a back-and-forth discussion rather than a single public-comment slot. He said some audience members at a prior workshop had little opportunity to participate and asked the council and staff to set up another session open to public discussion.
Terry Pearson later referenced a similar concern and said an Apple Valley study was under way to evaluate whether data centers require amended local regulations. Both speakers urged the council to consider workshops or studies to allow more public input before major land-use decisions move forward.
