The board voted June 23 to rescind all prior offers on the property located at 211 W 8th Street in Oelrichs after reviewing a home inspection and appraisal. The motion to rescind the offers was made by Dave Osmotherly and seconded by Marty Schommer and carried.
Separately, the board discussed district rental properties and directed staff to pursue a contractor to modify the superintendent’s house into two apartments, with the future goal that two tenants pay $500 per month each, utilities included. The board approved a lease for the superintendent’s house to James Willmus at $500 per month (including electric, water and gas) effective August 1, 2026 and approved a lease for 960 Elm St to Les Cope at $350 per month effective the same date.
