Board ratifies petty cash resolution; AR system implementation on track for September

Business manager Ashley Kiefer told the board the AR project with Tyler Technologies kicked off July 13; configuration, preliminary customer information loading and implementation/training are scheduled for August 18 and 20 with an expected go-live in early September.
Kiefer presented Resolution USB 2026-7 to ratify and establish petty cash and change funds, adopt internal control requirements and authorize an official schedule of cash on hand; she said the item was recommended by the State Board of Accounts and is a formalization of existing practices. The board moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote.
