Item e was a new retail on-off sale malt-beverage and South Dakota Farm Wine license for Ong Family LLC doing business as Palm Garden Thai at 602 S. 3rd; staff confirmed documentation and the council approved the license by roll call. Item f was a similar new license for Pops Bayou Mamas LLC doing business as Pops Big Easy at 414 S. Main; staff said everything was in order and council approved the license.
