At its Feb. 10 meeting the Sharon Planning Commission approved the Jan. 13, 2026 meeting minutes after a motion by Sue Sellew; the motion passed unanimously. The commission recorded unanimous approvals for several Development Review Board actions earlier in the evening, including conditional approval of Brittany Kelton's boundary-line adjustment and approval and waiver for Tom Scott's boundary-line adjustment to create a single 38.1-acre lot.
Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki updated commissioners on the Rodewald subdivision reapplication and said she will be out of town during the second week in March. Commissioners agreed to move the March meeting to Tuesday, March 17 and Babicki will properly warn that meeting. John Roe moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 PM; the motion passed unanimously.
