Board reviews CDs and discusses need for Treasurer position

David Paganelli presented Certificate of Deposit spreadsheets provided by Lisa Bragg and reviewed the board’s checking and CD balances at the March 12 meeting. Board members examined existing accounts and confirmed they will keep the Ashley Community Management Account with the Strafford Town Treasurer.
Members discussed the need to fill a Treasurer role for the Ashley Board. Kevin Gish recommended tabling the Treasurer election until after the board vacancy is filled so the body could vote on officers once full membership is restored. The board agreed to postpone officer elections, including Treasurer, until the next meeting.
