Dana Colson identified a discrepancy in the acreage listed on the survey; Kelton agreed to have the surveyor correct the figure and add a signature block. The board voted to approve the application subject to those revisions.
Dana Colson moved to approve the boundary-line adjustment with the revision of the acreage and the addition of a signature block; Andrew Cliburn seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Kelton left the meeting at 7:20 PM after confirming she would work with her surveyor to make the corrections.
