The Selectboard approved several accounts payable warrants: AP Warrant 2032 for $5,685.50, 2033 for $18,992.14, 2034 for $4,938.17, 2035 for $17,155.31, 2037 for $82.60 (amended to be paid from the Old School House Fund), 2036 for $21,425.70, and 2038 for $3,258. Motions to approve were seconded and passed unanimously.
Kevin Gish moved to approve the FY26 and FY27 Pay Table as presented; the motion passed unanimously. The board also voted to sign the FY26 Independent Audit engagement letter. During executive session held under 1 VSA § 313(a)(3) for personnel, the board later exited and unanimously extended an offer of employment to a Level 2 road crew member.
