Miss Byram crowned; Byram Fest planning and Kids Triathlon announced

The council recognized winners of local pageants and community events. The Recreation Director presented sashes, flowers and certificates to Miss Byram Keira Graham and Little Miss Byram Lucy Smith and Giovanna Dattoli. Councilwoman Franco reported the Recreation Committee met at Carl O. Johnson Park to plan Byram Fest, and noted a kids triathlon is scheduled this weekend in Lake Lackawanna.
Council members welcomed the community events and encouraged participation; the minutes show recreational programming and festivals are being actively planned as part of the township's summer schedule.
