Administrators also reported that bids for the District Office second-floor slab came back higher than expected and were rebid; three new bids were closer to original estimates. The district will pause second-floor remediation and have Fuss & O'Neil continue monitoring for building shifts. The Board of Finance raised concerns about insurance coverage related to the project; staff said they will address BOF concerns and report back.
