Board approves ice machine install at marina with revenue share

Chair Cori Howell told trustees a company offered to install an ice machine outside the marina gate at no cost to the district, and to service and maintain it. Under the proposal the district would receive 25% of proceeds and the vendor would pay a portion of monthly water and electricity costs.
Trustee Dan Rawlinson moved to proceed with the installation, and trustees approved the motion unanimously. The installation is expected to be at no upfront cost to the district, with revenue shared monthly.
