Windham Cemetery Trustees approve March minutes, seat alternate and appoint contractor contact

The Windham Cemetery Trustees convened April 20, 2026, and approved the minutes of March 2, 2026. The motion to approve the minutes was made by Wendi Devlin and seconded by Bruce Moeckel; the vote was recorded as affirmative, 3-0.
Trustees also noted attendance: Trustees Bruce Moeckel and Barbara Coish were present and Alternate Wendi Devlin was seated in Frank Farmer’s absence. Selectmen’s Liaison Michelle Stith attended. The Chair said he will speak to Diane Farmer about Frank Farmer’s health. Later in the meeting trustees reviewed a response from contractor Mike Boyden and, by motion of Wendi Devlin and second by Barbara Coish, voted to designate Trustee Bruce Moeckel as the point of contact for Boyden. That motion carried 3-0.
