Separately, Mr. Fox moved to accept the Zoning Officer’s June report and Mr. Fry seconded; the board again voted unanimously to accept the report. The minutes identify Hartech Engineering in connection with the Garman submission but do not include engineering details or permit conditions in the minutes.
