Several members said the small review group — which includes George, Josh McNeil and other members — normally spends time prior to the meeting reviewing detailed backup (sometimes 100+ pages) and declined to approve the change order without that review.
A motion to table Change Order 10 was moved and seconded; the committee voted unanimously to defer the item and asked staff to re-present it after the small-group review, or to present a consolidated package at the next meeting if more PCOs accrue.
