Change Order 10 with $78,961.92 in proposed PCOs tabled for subcommittee review
Summary
Change Order 10 (PCOs totaling $78,961.92) was introduced but tabled after members said the small change-order review group had not had time to vet the 100+ pages of backup; the committee voted to table the item unanimously.

The committee reviewed a proposed hard-cost change order (Change Order 10) comprised of a set of PCOs totaling $78,961.92 but tabled the matter so its small review subcommittee can examine the backup.
Project staff outlined that Change Order 10 includes PCO 37R4 and other adjustments related to code compliance updates (bidirectional doors, door frames, technology items and framing work) and said the overall PCO total was $78,961.92. Several members said the small review group — which includes George, Josh McNeil and other members — normally spends time prior to the meeting reviewing detailed backup (sometimes 100+ pages) and declined to approve the change order without that review.
A motion to table Change Order 10 was moved and seconded; the committee voted unanimously to defer the item and asked staff to re-present it after the small-group review, or to present a consolidated package at the next meeting if more PCOs accrue.
