Public comment centered on the proposed new community authority (NCA) language and how annexed parcels with existing sewer and water might be required to join and pay a millage. Council requested the 2020 fee assessment report to inform consideration of the water and sewer fee ordinances. The Clerk called a roll-call vote to enter executive session; members responded affirmatively and the motion passed.
