Warren Local OKs 2026-27 vendor awards and service contracts including food, insurance and disclosure services

Under RES. NO. 45-26 the Treasurer recommended and the board approved multiple vendor awards and contracts for the 2026-27 school year. The board accepted bids from Nichols Bakery (bread products), United Dairy (dairy products) and Gordon Foods (food and non-food products). It also approved liability, automobile and property insurance with Ohio School Plan and cyber insurance with TMHCC.
The board approved a continuing disclosure services agreement with Bricker Graydon at $2,000 per year and authorized the Treasurer to enter a two-year natural gas/electric supply contract with Interstate Gas Supply (IGS Energy) proposed for August 2026'July 2028 at a quoted price of $.0899 per burner tip Mcf. The board also approved a MySchoolBucks agreement with Heartland Payment Systems for the 2026-27 school year.
