The Lancaster County Board of Equalization convened July 21, 2026, and approved minutes from its July 7 meeting. Matt Schulte moved to approve the minutes, Sean Flowerday seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
Chair Christa Yoakum opened the meeting at 10:07 a.m., and the Deputy Clerk announced the location of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act for the record. The Board also approved routine additions and deductions to the tax assessment rolls by unanimous vote; in each case the board vote was recorded as "Motion carried 5-0."
