At the close of the June 30 special session, Trustee Gary Sorensen moved to adjourn; Trustee Katherine Rodriguez seconded the motion. The roll call recorded votes in favor from Mayor Fil Archuleta and Trustees Alex Lopez, Leigh Sorensen, Rebecca Moreau, Katherine Rodriguez, Gary Sorensen and Jasmine Marquez. The motion carried unanimously and Mayor Archuleta adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
The meeting minutes were signed by Town Clerk Cheryl Campbell and no further business was recorded for the session. The special meeting had included candidate interviews and a brief operational announcement about holiday staffing and payroll timing earlier in the agenda.
