The Board recessed the regular meeting at 5:45 p.m. to open a public hearing on Use By Special Review USR 01-2026 for Wicked Kool Rides at 2515 7th Avenue. Ryan Reed and Kristine Eckhart represented Wicked Kool Rides and described their plans to store vehicles on site and requested permission to display vehicles for sale.
Administrator Cheryl Campbell presented the staff report and the minutes note the public hearing notice was posted on the property on June 10, 2026 and published in the Greeley Tribune on June 20, 2026 in accordance with state statute. Following discussion the Board voted to approve USR 01-2026 with the condition that only eight vehicles be allowed for sale on the property. Trustee Rebecca Moreau moved to approve the use by special review and the motion carried with all trustees voting yes.
The approval authorizes Wicked Kool Rides to operate at 2515 7th Avenue with the Board's specified limit of eight vehicles for sale; the minutes record no public opposition at the hearing.
