Whitmore Classical Academy board member praises district collaboration

"It was my honor and I think Larry's honor as well to work with board members and staff on developing the working agreements and contract between Siuslaw School District and the charter school," O'Mara said, summarizing the positive tone of recent meetings. She told directors the charter board is excited to continue working with district staff to bring educational opportunities to students and families.
Directors acknowledged the comment and said they welcomed continued collaboration as the board prepares a second reading of the charter contract next month.
