The Planning Commission approved an amendment to the 52nd Street site condominium that removes three parcels controlled by Resurrection Life Church, reducing the condominium from eight units to five.
Staff explained the change is administrative and that the three parcels proposed for removal meet R‑1 lot-area and width requirements. Jamerson Reese (Wolverine Building Group), representing the church, said mortgage-holder approvals were obtained or auto-approved after a 90-day statutory response period and that the team will proceed with parcel reconfiguration at the county level after city approval.
Staff recommended approval and commissioners voted in favor; the action carries standard administrative conditions related to the master deed and future parcel reconfiguration work.
