Two agenda items (PC‑5, a conditional use for an assisted living facility on Caulfield Road; and PC‑8, a master plan unit development for Harbor Pointe at Port Richey) were continued to the August 20, 2026 meeting in New Port Richey at the applicant's request. The commission recorded motions, seconds and voice votes for the consent approvals and continuances.
