The board also approved recurring out-of-state travel for an Oklahoma City trip and a proposed St. Louis sports-and-history outing, allowing use of district transportation. Board members and the transportation director cautioned that insurance, driver availability and fleet composition could affect vehicle assignment and urged staff to confirm routing and capacity before final vehicle commitments.
