Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen reported that preliminary audit information has been entered into the CaseWare portal and that the CPA's field work is scheduled for Nov. 12–15. She also said proposed levy certification forms were submitted reflecting a 3% increase for both funds as approved at the annual meeting.
Paumen told the board that election judges are scheduled, including five new judges, and that equipment pickup is set for the following day with testing to follow. The minutes also record presentation of the August recycling report and receipt of a Centerpoint Energy rate-increase notice.
