Board authorizes one-year insurance waiver for small fair vendors, keeps food vendors insured

"These are fairly small, very low risk items," Matt (county staff) said, asking the board to approve a one-time exemption and direct staff to review policy after the fair. Commissioner Mark moved to authorize the exemption and direct staff to review county insurance policy after the event; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
