Residents press for live-streaming, later meeting times; Council asks staff to study options

Two residents raised transparency and access at the Sept. 11 meeting. Councilmember Josh Lewis said he supports investigating recording and broadcasting options and asked staff to include a question about meeting times and streaming in the upcoming citizen survey. City Administrator Beth Linn said staff will prioritize research on streaming technology and report back during CIP discussions. No formal policy change or vote occurred; the Council directed staff to study options.
