Jamie LaBerge requested Selectboard signatures for a no‑parking plan on the west side of Route 15 for the Old Fashioned Harvest Market (Sept. 26–27, 2026) and submitted a memorandum of understanding from last year as part of the public‑assembly application. The board voted to approve the parking permit and to sign the MOU, both motions passing unanimously.
LaBerge also asked the town to split traffic‑enforcement and State Police coverage costs with Underhill; he said last year State Police provided two officers at no cost but earlier years had a $2,000 cost. The board authorized up to $1,500 for Jericho’s share, noting that a final quote was not yet available and the actual cost will be confirmed before payment.
The MOU will be submitted with the public‑assembly paperwork, and the board asked staff to confirm final traffic‑control arrangements and costs before the event.
