Neighbors say they have no objection to proposed garage addition

Chair thanked the Metaphoras for attending and noted that the board would still want to inspect the property during the scheduled site visit to assess any potential neighbor impacts in person. The board said public notice and an opportunity to comment would remain open until the hearing is continued and formally closed.
