Commissioners discussed logistics—location near the playground and access to power—and the organizer’s plan to provide bouncy houses and a projector.
Members raised sponsorship as a possible future funding source if the event grows, including street-dance-style sponsors, but agreed the pilot should run without admission fees. The commission agreed that staff and the organizer will coordinate site layout, insurance and power access and report back after the pilot event.
