Members discussed the status of Block F and Block G subdivision infrastructure and whether lots are being sold in advance of required road and water system completion. David Shedd and others expressed concern that lots might be marketed or sold without the required road frontage or functioning water infrastructure in place; he urged the board to request developer documentation from regulatory agencies.
The board unanimously asked AMSCO to bring any Army Corps of Engineers and DES correspondence to the next meeting so the board can verify permitting status and any outstanding conditions. Secretary was directed to write to AMSCO requesting these documents and to clarify whether the developer intends to combine the last portion of Block F road construction with Block G work or otherwise modify previously approved plans.
