ARC asks Wunder Street consultant to fix maps, figures and clarify testing methods

The committee opened a review of case 2026012732, a reconnaissance report submitted for property at Camino De Acrovo by Wunder Street, LLC. Members identified editorial errors (misnumbered figures and misspellings), discrepancies in map dates (multiple places list the same map as 1766, 1768 and 1776) and asked the author to reconcile those citations.
Committee members also pressed the consultants on methods and interpretation. One member asked whether projects within the city must comply with the Santa Fe County sustainable land development code; the consultant noted the current owner is Santa Fe County and that both city and county requirements may apply. The committee requested clearer descriptions of survey accuracy, additional stratigraphy drawings, and more artifact photos to help determine whether features relate to neighboring excavations.
"We submitted a report. We had a chance to review it," the project's associate said, offering to answer questions and to provide additional information. The committee asked for corrections to the report and for an augmented submission that clarifies mapping and sampling details before final acceptance.
