Leoti adopts ordinance granting franchise to Ideatek Telcom to install fiber

Aron White moved and Kelma Burch seconded approval of Ordinance 2024-09, "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO IDEATEK TELCOM, LLC, A CONTRACT FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF LEOTI, KANSAS."
