Earl Street improvement project declared complete; city approves final payment

Meyer moved and Councilor Kelma Burch seconded approval of Pay Estimate No. 5 (Final) in the amount of $323,516.05, which the council approved. The council also approved project completion dated Sept. 25, 2024 for a total contract amount of $988,332.29; the contractor is listed as Vogts-Parga Construction, LLC. These items passed without recorded opposition.
