Downtown CAC outlines housing projects including a $5.4M award for 30 units

"The LD And D Encore Lot 10 was the 1st downtown project awarded, dollars 5,400,000 in funding agreement for 30 units," Williams told the board as she summarized CAC priorities.
Williams also noted the 801 East Whiting approval at $4,000,000 for 22 workforce housing units targeting households at 80% to 140% of area median income and referenced the PMG Royal Street proposal that staff said would provide 568 units at or below 80% AMI. Board members thanked the CAC for prioritizing housing and asked staff to return with implementation details and timelines. Staff said applications are open for some projects and that funding agreements for others will appear on future agendas.
