Darien ARB asks members to attend P&Z meeting on POCD reconciliation; minutes approved
Summary
The ARB reviewed the 2026 POCD reconciliation report and asked two members to attend the Planning & Zoning meeting on Sept. 23, 2026 to discuss ARB recommendations; the board also unanimously approved the June 2026 minutes and adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
During other business the board discussed the 2026 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) draft and noted that ARB comments had been sent to Planning & Zoning. Vice Chairman A. Janis prepared a POCD Reconciliation Report and the chair requested that two ARB members attend the September 23, 2026 P&Z meeting to present and discuss recommendations.
The board also unanimously approved the minutes from the June 2026 meeting. The ARB adjourned at 9:30 p.m.; the minutes were signed 'Respectfully submitted, Alexandra Lopatynsky.'
