Janet, the commission's agent, told the panel she had reviewed the original order of conditions, the final approved site plans and the as-built plan, and had performed a site inspection. "I confirmed that there was full compliance with all permit requirements, including the installation of the required signage," she said. Based on that review, she recommended issuing a COC with the four permanent conditions listed in her report.
Commissioner Tim Hollander moved to issue the certificate, citing the agent's inspection and report; a second was recorded and commissioners voted in favor. Chair John Sullivan told the homeowner to coordinate with Deb in the office to collect the signed documents once administrative signatures are complete.
The action closes the permit file administratively but retains the permanent conditions attached to the order. The commission did not record any dissent; the vote was recorded as aye by all participating members.
