The agent said the permits' requirements were satisfied and that the COCs “should clearly state that the [permanent special] conditions apply in perpetuity.” The motion to issue the first certificate passed with unanimous support.
At the meeting a family representative, Marty, spoke on behalf of the Goldman family and the incoming buyers, the Bourne family, thanking the commission for guidance and noting the timing of the COCs was important for the pending closing. The commission confirmed that escrow would hold funds until final documents are received, and staff will notify commissioners when the recording is complete.
