Chair introduced a zoning and building-permit application for the Bunker Creek Mining Museum to place a 20-by-12 pole shed on the property. "This is for the Bunker Creek Mining Museum... they've called it to put a 20 by 12 pole shed," the chair said, and noted the application will require final approval by Baker County.
Committee member (speaker 6) moved to approve the permit with a note that volunteers are running the project; another council member raised that because the work could be commercial in nature a licensed contractor might be required. The motion to approve the building permit for Sumter Highway and Cedar Street passed by voice vote.
