Planning board previews full Aug. 4 meeting, flags bylaw hearing and zoning request for 114 Church Street

Chair Jack told members that the August 4 meeting will be full, with multiple substantive items expected. "The 4th looks like we have, the final hearing on the bylaw changes. We will presumably hear from the applicant on the 1016 Mount Vernon Street... We may be hearing from the lawyer for the applicant for 114 Church Street who's asking for a change of zoning... from SCI to RB20," he said.
Board members also noted there may be brief discussion of 972 Main Street and possibly 910 Main Street if a peer review is ready. Taylor, the planning staff member, and the chair said they would address a staff performance review at that meeting as well. The chair characterized the August 4 agenda as "pretty full."
