Zoning board schedules three applications for Aug. 13 and agrees to revisit Ainsworth variance

The chair told applicants and attendees the board would keep the Ainsworth hearing open and expected revised placement drawings for review.
A committee member asked whether the planning board’s updated standard operating procedures might affect board practice, and the chair said no board‑wide changes had been communicated to the Zoning Board. The board asked applicants to meet immediate neighbors and return materials to planning staff in advance of the Aug. 13 packet.
