The Key Colony Beach City Commission convened Aug. 21, 2025 for a short public hearing in Marble Hall. The hearing's substantive item was a variance request from Dale and Jennifer Hamill for 150 11th Street to permit a pool encroaching five feet into the setback; Planning & Zoning Board Chair George Lancaster reported the P&Z Board had unanimously recommended the variance.
