Vice‑Mayor Doug Colonell read Resolution 2025‑09, "A Resolution of the City Commission of The City of Key Colony Beach of Monroe County, Florida, Adopting the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2025‑2026." Mayor Freddie Foster moved to approve the resolution, and Commissioner Tom DiFransico seconded. The rollcall vote was unanimous.
The commission recorded no citizen comments during the hearing and set the second/final budget public hearing for Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at 5:05 p.m. in Marble Hall. The minutes show the meeting adjourned and were later adopted by signature of City Clerk Silvia Roussin on Oct. 16, 2025.
