Council awards $42,818 contract for City Hall roof replacement and pursues historic tax credit

Councilmember Kirsten Bruce moved to approve Ryan Roofing's quote and Councilmember Andrew Smith seconded; the motion passed 6-0 by roll call vote. Staff will proceed with roof replacement and pursue potential SHPO historic tax credits to offset eligible project costs.
