The Marion Town Council approved revisions to municipal pool fees on April 6, cutting the individual season pass from $250 to $99 and altering family and party pricing.
Town Manager Andrew Keen reviewed the proposed fee structure: family season pass reduced from $350 to $99 for the first two people and $49 for each additional person; 3-hour pool parties reduced from $350 to $199; a new 2-hour pool party option at $149; an additional $50 charge per each extra 50 attendees and pavilion room rental at $50. Council approved the fee schedule by a 7-0 vote (motion Hunter Atwell; second Tricia Spencer).
