"My first encounter was, Aaron Swan. He did a drive by ... he didn't respond," Davis said, describing photos taken by a state investigator and his belief the site contained transmission fluid.
Davis said he has tried to get city staff to address storm runoff from a neighbor's driveway and that previous attempts at communication were unsuccessful; councilors advised him to meet with the city manager at City Hall to pursue a resolution. The council did not take immediate action on the complaint but recorded the concerns and provided guidance on next steps.
